She has served both private and publicly-traded companies in various finance-related capacities during her career. Served as Former National Healthcare Practice Leader of Avant Advisory Group.

Pat has provided professional services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies, small to middle-market companies, both for profit and not-for-profit healthcare services firms, and multi-national publicly-traded companies. She has also served as tax manager for a Big Four accounting firm.

As VP of Acquisitions for a vertically integrated health care system she oversaw multiple acquisitions.

Pat has also provided finance support for transactions and valuations of M&A transactions. Litigation firms have utilized her financial expertise in dispute resolution. She has provided expert testimony in several cases during trial, including valuation opinions. Pat provides valuations, financial advisory services, and business planning services for new entities or programs.
