Mike Slavens has over thirty years of finance, accounting, and operations experience as a 10-year Big 4 firm CPA, and senior executive – chief financial officer, Vice President/General Manager, and Controller. He has worked for PE, VC, and entrepreneur-owned middle market companies.

As CFO, Mike has created and executed strategic plans while building efficient infrastructures to grow profitable companies. He has created financial and operational KPIs / reporting, implemented internal controls, and reduced operating costs, to increase cash flows and EBITDA.
