Brian has over thirty years of finance and accounting experience that includes Big 4 CPA firm and senior level positions in both public and private companies to nearly billion dollar revenues. As Vice President Finance for Axcelis Technologies, a publicly traded semiconductor manufacturer, Brian oversaw domestic and international finance accounting, taxation, SEC reporting, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and enterprise risk management, revenue recognition, and audit committee communications. His skills are primarily strong in these areas:

- Leading an F&A team from an early stage to IPO, then ultimately to a $250M global provider of software and support services
- Finance and accounting executive with large telecommunications company involving M&A transactions in excess of $2 billion. Responsibilities included due diligence, supporting regulatory approval, evaluating and implementing synergy opportunities
- Project leader for designing and implementing a worldwide financial information system that was rolled out on time, on budget
- Led design team of worldwide financial reporting system with operations in nine currencies, 23 legal entities, and 8 strategic business units
- Designed and managed centralized shared service operations for companies operating multi-site and multi-divisions
Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and has a master in business administration with concentrations in accounting and finance from Babson College and a bachelor in history from College of the Holy Cross. He has served as Treasurer of the Williams Syndrome Associations and is past Chair of the Town of Wellesley, MA, Audit Committee.
