    • integrations of accounting, financial reporting, and payroll departments
    • ERP implementation 
    • Developed long-term forecasts, monthly department level budgets and 13-Rolling cash flow projections
  • Cut monthly financial close time 80% (3 weeks to 3 days

Investigatory & Dispute Resolution

  • Cut class-action wage settlement $1.5million (50%) for $20M distributor.
  • Recovered 5% of production costs for a $25M revenue manufacturer performing forensic analysis of inventory costs and identifying a vendor and employee fraud ring in a multi-facility scheme.

Operational Improvement

  • Reduced multi-plant daily planning cycle 90% (7 hours to 40 minutes) by redesigning production scheduling & MRP applications that integrated ERP daily sales, order fulfillment, and raw material receipts for a $700 million food processor.
  • Designed and implemented data analytics that integrated ERP transactions, sales forces application data, and marketing data for a $750 million manufacturer.
  • Recovered $1.2 million in retailer chargebacks, implemented EDI-compliance controls, and created EDI audit department that resulted in 85% reduction of chargebacks for a For $120 million manufacturer.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles.
