Thomas J. Pedersen brings broad, far-reaching skills in healthcare services, product development, marketing, and technical service areas. Tom’s experience and expertise include company/hospital imaging, therapy, and surgical joint-ventures; application generator software development; medical group development, assessment, operations, management, and turnarounds. He also has a deep understanding of entitlement program sponsored health center/clinic (e.g., Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) operations, hospital ancillary services, healthcare provider companies, and physician practice management (PPM) firms. Tom has served in senior executive positions for middle market private and publicly-traded, multi-national Fortune 500 companies with revenues to $5 billion. As a healthcare industry specialist, he has successfully dealt with new program development, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, strategic planning, corporate governance and clinic/medical group interim management and turnarounds.
