Ron Toten is a seasoned IT veteran with over 25 years of experience and a track record of delivering results. With a keen sense for aligning business needs with technology solutions, Ron offers broad expertise in strategic planning, integration, the management of large-scale application development, business intelligence solutions, software architecture and package implementation, and infrastructure design and management.

Ron also brings a solid understanding of systems development lifecycle management, business process re-engineering, application architecture and change management implementation. He has successfully led many major technology initiatives including the implementation of a custom developed, core business system to track real estate transactions and financial information for 21 brokers with 800 offices and 50,000 independent agents nationwide, the implementation of multiple ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, i.e., Great Plains platform, Epicor, Oracle), and the design of component-focused software architecture that led to an increase in sales and consulting revenue opportunities. In addition, his experience includes enterprise network solution delivery for major clients of the IBM Corporation.

Ron has obtained diverse industry experience, serving in executive IT roles in the high tech, insurance, real estate, oil refining, hospitality, and traffic control rental industries. His experience includes both large publicly traded companies and private equity backed businesses, with revenues from $10M to over $12B. Over the years, Ron has worked with companies like Unocal, the Auto Club of Southern California, IBM Global Services, NRT (a Realogy company), and Lehman Brothers.

Ron has provided IT support for many M&A transactions including due diligence activities, IT and business process analysis, strategic planning, and post acquisition integration of both teams and technology. Ron also has significant experience in the developing outsource contracts for IT infrastructure, data centers, and networks.

Ron received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Davis.
