Ramesh Swamy, is a highly experienced senior financial and operating executive, an advisor to some of world’s largest and most prominent companies, an operator of middle-market privately held companies, and a private equity investor. As the US Retail & Distribution leader at one of the Big 4 advisory firms, Ramesh served as lead advisor in performance improvement, restructuring, M&A for private equity & large corporates and CFO services mandates. As the Executive Vice President, Operations & Strategy of Curacao, a large Hispanic consumer finance and retail company, he reported to the founder and Chief Executive Officer and drove bottom-line profitability. In addition, he also served as the COO of one of the largest, vertically integrated cannabis companies in California.

Ramesh is a nationally recognized business leader and a widely sought-after conference keynote speaker, author and media spokesperson. He is often quoted in major publications read by millions in media including: The Associated Press, USA Today, Bloomberg, Forbes, Los Angeles Times, Reuters, Washington Post, and many others. He also appeared nationally on TV (CNBC Closing Bell & Street Signs, NBC Nightly News) and radio (NPR, ABC, AP), and in industry webinars viewed live by over 2,000 executives at a time.

Ramesh currently serves on the Board of International Pemphigus & Pemphigoid Foundation and previously served on the Boards of Directors of the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles and the Association for Corporate Growth Los Angeles where he held leadership roles on various sub-committees. He has received commendations for diversity leadership from the City of Los Angeles, State of California, U.S. Department of Commerce, and was named Outstanding Man of Minority Business.
