Bill Swanson is a senior level executive and consultant with more than 20 years experience obtained with mid-market and large, national firms. He has served in various management positions, including director of worldwide sales and marketing, and for divisions with revenues of $200 million and total corporate revenues exceeding $9 billion. He managed high technology marketing and distribution sales and product operations to achieve four consecutive years of compounded annual growth rates of 30% in companies within mature industries.

His marketing, sales, and product development background and understanding of international business relationships equip him well in achieving high quality revenues forecasting; sales force analysis; product development, rollout, and branding; project and risk assessment; mergers and acquisition due diligence; channel and supplier negotiations. Bill is particularly skilled in helping firms apply Six Sigma techniques to attain quality decisions with high financial returns.  He is knowledgeable about financial modeling and simulation, strategic management, and quality programs that include Baldridge and ISO 9000-2000. He is the only Oracle-authorized Six Sigma consultant partner in southern California.

Bill obtained his Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from University of Michigan’s School of Engineering. He holds a master in business management from Marylhurst University and a bachelor of science from Bradley University’s School of Mechanical Engineering & Technology.
