Tom Stamatis brings more than 30 years of diverse financial and operational experience ranging from privately held, entrepreneurial to billion dollar public companies.  As chief financial officer of emerging and middle-market entities, Tom has developed a tailored, yet balanced approach to providing financial, operational, and strategic business counsel.  His extensive industry experience allows him to quickly analyze all aspects of the business to understand underlying problems so as to develop practical solutions. Tom’s background includes high technology, software, logistics, environmental technologies, consumer products, wholesale/distribution, and manufacturing.  

As a seasoned senior financial executive, Tom is expert in strategic planning, deal structuring, short- and long- term cash flow modeling, financial planning and analysis, business plan preparation, and financing.  He is also knowledgeable about merger and acquisition transactions, system implementations, inventory control, cash management, banking, auditor coordination, risk management, financial reporting, and internal controls.  In short, as a proven senior executive, he is a trusted advisor to management.

Tom holds a master of business administration with emphasis in finance from the University of Tennessee and a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Bridgeport.  He serves as mentor to the Altadena Business and Technology Center.  In that capacity, he provides financial planning and capital raising guidance.  He also serves as interim CFO to early stage, entrepreneurial companies.
