Don McNamara, Certified Management Consultant (CMC), is a senior-level sales executive, who combines over 30 years industry and consulting experience across multiple industries including consumer products, wholesale distribution, light and heavy manufacturing, financial services, e-commerce, software developers, home builders, electronics manufacturers, as well as service provider firms such as advertising, public relations, legal, and accounting.

Don has held various executive level sales and revenue roles, including sales vice president, national sales manager, and regional sales manager at Fortune 500, middle market, and emerging growth companies. He has obtained significant experience in strategic planning and tactical implementation of sales turnarounds, including sales force redirection and deployment, compensation plan structuring, new channel identification, and best practices for development of accurate sales forecasting. He has attained a deep understanding of those hard and soft skills required of superior sales leaders.

As a Certified Management Consultant, Don is an active member of the Institute of Management Consultants and the International Council of Management Consultants Institutes. He is a widely published author, a contributing editor to Sales and Service Excellence magazine, and award-winning author of Visionary Sales Leadership. As an Adjunct Professor for the MBA program at Concordia University, he teaches courses on top sales performance and superior sales management and is a mentor at the Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.

In addition, Don is a federally qualified expert witness on sales and sales management policies, practices, processes, procedures, and programs. He holds a bachelor of science in business administration from LeMoyne College (Syracuse, New York) and advanced studies from the University of California - Irvine Graduate School of Management in Managerial Effectiveness.
