Patricia R. Aubort
CPA, CVA

Pat Aubort offers clients both deep and broad experience gained over 20 years as a CFO, finance executive, financial and operational consultant, and tax accountant. She has served both private and publicly-traded companies in various finance-related capacities during her career.

Pat has provided professional services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies, small to middle-market companies, not-for-profit healthcare services firms, and multi-national publicly-traded companies.  She has also served as tax manager for a Big Four accounting firm.

Pat is particularly knowledgeable about the following industries:

• Physician Practice Management

She is skilled in advising clients as a financial turnaround expert, serving as interim financial executive on behalf of private-equity firms or corporate boards of directors, and implementing crisis management tools.  As a senior financial manager, controller and/or CFO of several privately-held middle market companies and not-for-profit management entities, she developed, and managed treasury functions that included banking relationships, cash management, forecasting tools, financial controls and related policies and procedures.

Pat has also provided finance support for transactions and valuations of M&A transactions. Litigation firms have utilized her financial expertise in litigation support. She has provided expert testimony for a number of cases during trial. Pat provides healthcare entity valuations, financial advisory services, and business planning services for new entities or programs.

She has presented at Healthcare Financial Management Association Conferences, Beard Healthcare Conferences, and The IPA Association of California.

Pat is a member of the following professional associations:

Pat earned a bachelor of science in business administration from St. Louis University and a master of business administration from California State University at Long Beach.
