Allen M. Zielinski
CPA, CM&AA

Allen Zielinski provides clients with a deep and broad background obtained with Big Four public accounting and international consulting firms and as a financial executive whose career has spanned more than 30 years.  He has held CFO, General Manager, and other executive positions for hotel and resort, real estate development, internet media and advertising, risk management, banking, and technology companies.  His diverse experience includes tax and accounting and strategic and operational consulting for large public and private companies in a variety of industries, including hotel and resorts, real estate development, professional services, insurance, and manufacturing.

As both a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA) and Certified Public Accountant, Allen has provided expert witness testimony in real estate litigation, led acquisitions and their implementations, managed bond offerings, leveraged leases, and handled other financings.  He is proficient in profitability and cash flow improvement, business planning, financial analysis, managerial and financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls assessment and implementation.

Allen’s degrees include masters in taxation from Golden Gate University and bachelors in business administration from Loyola University of Chicago.  He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both California and Hawaii as well as  a Certified Mergers and Acquisition Advisor.  Finally, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.
