Patrick Lynch

Patrick Lynch brings over 20 years of senior management experience in finance, strategic and financial planning, operations management, acquisitions and capital transactions. Patrick’s executive and consulting experience spans several industries, including food and restaurants, retail and consumer products, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, and financial services. Patrick brings diverse knowledge and expertise from working with companies that have experienced rapid and sustained growth, domestic and international expansion, mergers and divestitures, and financial or operational distress, including turnarounds and bankruptcies. His background covers public and private companies, startup businesses, and billion-dollar international companies, including Hewlett-Packard, The Pillsbury Company, Pizza Hut, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Guess! Jeans, Victoria’s Secret, Pacific Sunwear, The Irvine Company, Watt Industries, Prudential Real Estate, Marriott, Hilton, Le Meridien, Bank of America, and others.

Patrick is skilled in business planning, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting to improve the competitiveness, profitability, cash flow and overall effectiveness of sales, marketing, and operations, particularly with multi-unit businesses and companies with diversified operations, customers and products.  He is highly proficient in financial modeling and in the development of financial applications, performance benchmarking tools, executive dashboards, and balanced scorecards that support top-level and front-line management. Patrick is experienced in the design and implementation of ERP and business intelligence systems that enhance productivity and improve insight, decision-making and stewardship.  He also has experience with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, valuations, due diligence, and post-transaction integration.  

As a CPA and consultant with a large national public accounting firm, Patrick was responsible for managing auditing and accounting engagements and supported mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings, bankruptcies, and litigation engagements with public and private companies in real estate, hospitality, financial services, manufacturing, consumer products and retail sectors. 

Patrick’s degrees include a master of business administration with emphasis on finance, strategy and operations from the University of Chicago and a bachelor of science in mathematics/applied science from UCLA.
