Jeff Blanton
CPM, Project Execution

Jeff Blanton has over 30 years experience managing large strategic projects with a focus on engineering and operations in a variety of industries that include medical devices, consumer products, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, information technology, and entertainment. Jeff is recognized for creating the Strategic Project Navigator™ and the Change Artisans 100 Day M&A Integration Process.

In addition to a an extensive consulting career, Jeff has held executive positions with Fortune 500 companies that include Westinghouse, Honeywell and Toshiba Information Systems, and middle-market organizations such as Chiron Vision and McGraw, as well as successful early-stage companies that include Cardiac Science and Pain Concepts. 

Jeff has successfully managed numerous large-scale projects that include post-merger and acquisition integration, plant closures, supply chain management, expansion initiatives, strategy development and deployment, and change management. In addition, he has led multiple new product commercialization programs for both mature and early stage companies. These have included complex multi-site international programs throughout Africa, Southeast Asia, India, and Europe. 

Jeff is a certified project manager, an author, and public speaker. He holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the Project Management Institute, Association for Corporate Growth, Octane, Southern California Bio, Linc, and Toastmasters International.
